If the hole were to empty completely of ozone and cover the entire earth we would be susceptible to not only ultraviolet rays but also the electromagnetic heat waves and radiation from solar flares. They would quickly engulf the earth and reduce it to a desolate wasteland and end all natural life as we know it.

Technically we are still in an ice age and global warming is ending it. If it were to end much of the dry land would be covered by the ocean. I would also be underwater.

Be careful what you wish for.
