From research done by scientists, we know that there isn't any life on the moon, but tiny traces of water has been found. It really makes me wonder if there is other life, inside or outside our galaxy.

I agree with you on most of that, and especially at how important (and cute) dogs are. But the electric collars you mentioned, it's just a training device. It's like you getting spankings as a child, once you learn better, you no longer need them.
