Photography really drew me into this book! I have read several book by Kathyrn Lasky & her style makes me want to continue reading her books. In this book. They are informative & appeal all my friends & brothers, even though we are different ages. I feel that the young polar bears had strength in this story. Lots of books show that the adults have the strength or power.

I did not like this book. I know that 13 year olds are different but I don't think it needs to be pointed out in books. In some cases, it made me feel that being different is bad. I think this book could upset many readers,I don't recommend it.

Exciting way to present an important topic that so many kids deal with - Belonging & life changes. We all face those things. I like how it was presented in kind of a mysterious way.

I'd love this book so I can give it to my brother. Marine animals are his favorite! But he loves all animals. Animal research is something he does every day as part of his homeschooling. He hopes to work with animals as a job too

This book is really drawing me in. I love the author's descriptions & how the book is slightly creepy and very interesting at the same time. It isn't overdoing the creepiness, but it's just enough to keep me on the edge of my seat and making me want to read more. Can't wait to finish this one.

This is a great book! I am enjoying the combination of mystery and the fact that it is about a game. I enjoy both of these topics A LOT so I plan to read the other books in the series. Although it is fiction, I have the feeling that it really could come true. I can relate in a way because I contacted an author I like, as part of my homeschooling, and I received a reply. It's hanging on my wall.

I love science, explorers, reading & the main character is about my age

This book will definitely make you laugh! I chose it because the title made me stop and think, what if this kind of a place really existed?" I think it will appeal to lots of readers because everyone can relate to toys.

How fun! I am reading this to my brother. We don't usually like the same books but we both like this. The words are simple enough for him to understand but still interesting to me. Pictures make the book fun.
