- This movie is amazing. It shows that what Maleficent did was purely out of pain and sorrow. I loved seeing Maleficent as a girl, and I loved how at the christening she says exactly what she says in the original 1959 classic Sleeping Beauty. Her heart was broken by Stefan, and years later his daughter fills and fixes her heart. Diaval was very interesting, seeing as how he was only bird in the original. I liked how it was different than the original, and I'm sad that I watched it for the first time last night. A very good movie for all.

- I love this movie so so much. The fact that the prince couldn't save the day was so funny. I loved this version of Maleficent so much and Sleeping Beauty was so pretty.

- pinkribbonsalmost 8 yearsIt looked scary, but it has an awesome storyline and is more intense than scary. It was so very amazing. The king cuts off Maleficent's wings and she is hungry for revenge. She curses the king's daughter. She would die on her sixteenth birthday. The evil king and his wife hand her over to the fairies in order to hide her. The fairies, though, were terrible at raising Sleeping Beauty and forgot to give her water. Maleficent secretly gives her water. She does it secretly, though, for she was so ashamed of herself that she didn't want Aurora to love her. All in all, Aurora thinks of Maleficent as her godmother until she figures out that she had cursed her. Maleficent felt so terrible, for while doing the curse, she said, "Not even the most powerful can undo the curse." She runs home and the king holds her as a prisoner. I don't want to spoil the ending.
